Multi-Factor Authentication

When using MFA, you’re protecting your system by implementing a two-step authentication process. Even if one credential is compromised, your system is still protected, as access will not be granted to your system if the second authentication factor can’t be verified.

SAML2 & SSO

Security Assertion Markup Language 2 (SAML2) allows clients to use Single Sign-On (SSO) when working across different ShipHero programs. With the use of the SAML2, SSO is a safe and secure way to pass login credentials to different Identity Providers (IdPs) to use those credentials across connected networks.

SOC2 Audit

ShipHero is SOC 2 Type 2 audited, attested, and maintain a rigorous business continuity program. We are GDPR compliant and continuously monitor privacy trends in the US and Europe to ensure we are compliant. To demonstrate compliance controls and objectives are in place throughout the entire landscape of our cloud platform, ShipHero undergoes annual audits of our  SOC 2 Type 2 assessment.
